NNGroup told how publicly available AI tools can help UX researchers in their work. They found out at which stages of research AI is most useful, and at which it is better to avoid it.

OpenAI has launched Advanced Voice Mode, an advanced voice mode for ChatGPT, which was announced in May.
The developers have significantly improved speech and accents. Now the dialogue with AI is almost indistinguishable from a dialogue with a human.
The mode supports 50 languages. You can customize your voice and communication style. The model's memory is combined with text chats.
The update is available to a limited number of Plus and Team subscribers.
